Back/Forward No Tooltips is a simple, unintrusive Firefox add-on that will disable the history popup of back/forward buttons when you hold down the left mouse button.
So, if you prefer not to go on previous/following page, you can try this extremely lightweight and restartless addon.
Without the tooltip, you will get the same result with a 0.1 second click or with a 10 seconds click. No need to constantly worry about the speed of your click anymore.
The right click will still remain usable.
Back/Forward No Tooltips is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
